Attorney and Sports Agent Brian Overstreet

Over the course of a nearly 30-year sports management career, Brian Overstreet has represented numerous high-profile players in the National Football League (NFL), as well as upcoming young stars. A Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association, he can oversee negotiations among athletes, football teams, and team owners. He also relies on his legal background to negotiate optimal contracts for players. Since 2012, Brian Overstreet has served as president of United Sports Group in Houston, which he formed with Rodney N. Williams, handling player recruitment and contract negotiations for NFL athletes.

From 1998 to 2012, he owned and oversaw E. Overstreet Sports Management, which he founded. In this capacity, he represented seven first-round draft pick players and 30 players who were drafted in the top three rounds.

Mr. Overstreet attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, where he maintained membership in the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and earned a bachelor of science in criminal justice. He then obtained a law degree from the South Texas College of Law. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on his ranch.
